Stay strong this winter with our Citrus Immune Boosting Smoothie

Part 1

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger

Part 2

  • 1 small beetroot, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 grapefruit peeled
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice

Blend Part 1 & divide into your glasses. Blend Part 2 and pour over Part 1 mixture. Swirl with a spoon and top with seeds & berries if desired.
