Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 dates, pitted (for sweetness, optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces. Pit the dates if using.
  2. Blend: Add the bananas, almond milk, cacao powder, almond butter, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and dates to the Kuvings Nutri Blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
