Watch our Master Chef, Gary Dowse make a tangy, refreshing tropical sorbet using the sorbet strainer in your Kuvings Juicer. This is easy to make in your Kuvings Juicer with the sorbet strainer fitted.

Ingredients (serves 2-4)

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
  • ½ tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method:

  1. Swap out the juice strainer and wiper blades for the Sorbet Strainer (blank strainer) accessory.
  2. Keep the smart cap open for this one.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and then add spoonful’s into the juicer until all ingredients have been added.
  4. Serve topped with your favourite toppings.

It’s best to let your frozen fruit soften from the freezer for about 3-5 minutes before putting into the juicer
