Here are my top 5 foods to juice for weight loss. I have chosen these 5 foods based on their nutrition, calories, and amount of juice you get per fruit or vegetable.

#1 Honeydew Melon

Honeydew melon is a dieter’s delight, extremely low in calories, produces lots of juice, has zero fat and its flavour is exceptionally pleasing to taste.

Honeydew is also high in vitamins C and B-complex and minerals such as copper and silicon. It contains highly mineralized distilled water that has the ability to deeply hydrate, rejuvenate, purify, and alkalinize the entire body.
