Tomato & Spinach Pesto in your juicer with the sorbet filter fitted. This recipe is so easy and versatile – you can add different ingredients to mix up the pesto (simply swap out the spinach with basil or kale).

A great plant-based, healthy spread for you to enjoy.

Ingredients (serves 2-4)

  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 sundried tomatoes
  • 3 lemon slices
  • 100g basil

Method:

  1. Swap out the juice strainer and wiper blades for the Sorbet Strainer (blank strainer) accessory.
  2. Keep the smart cap open for this one.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Add spoonful’s at a time to your juicer, serve with crackers or vegetable cut-ups.
