Warranty Coverage
Kuvings Australia warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of your product within the specified warranty period.
Each warranty claim is assessed individually to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Warranty does not automatically apply to all product issues. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, overloading, dropping the product, or using the product outside its intended purpose is not covered under warranty.
Products that have been used for several years may experience wear and tear over time. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We aim to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products, however warranty coverage cannot be extended to issues arising from factors beyond manufacturing defects.

- Consumable parts, such as strainers, jugs and brushes, unless they are Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- Damage caused by excessive overloading.
- Damage caused by dropping the product.
- Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.
- Issues arising after several years of use due to accumulated stress, age, overloading or wear.
For example, cracks in the chassis after several years of use due to accumulated stress, overloading or wear are not considered manufacturing defects.
Warranty Inspection Process
All warranty claims are subject to inspection to verify the nature of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a resolution in line with the warranty coverage for your product.
If the issue is found to be caused by misuse, wear and tear, improper care, overloading or another excluded cause, we may offer repair or replacement options at a reasonable cost.
Returns for Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Kuvings Australia accepts returns for items that are faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
If your item is faulty, damaged during transit, or you have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Exchanges are not offered. However, if your product is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no cost once the issue has been assessed and approved.
All returns are subject to inspection before any replacement or refund is issued.
Return Conditions
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item where possible, so we can assist you quickly.
Returned items should include:
- Original packaging where possible.
- Instruction manuals.
- All accessories and included parts.
- Proof of purchase.
- A description of the fault or issue.
The item must be unused and in as close to its original condition as possible, unless the fault itself prevents this.
Replacements for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item and notify us within a reasonable timeframe, we will assess the issue and send you a replacement at no extra cost if the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or sent in error.
Please note: We do not offer product exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty or was sent in error.
For minor purchases under $50 with a manufacturing fault, we will replace the faulty part accordingly.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed fault, damaged item or incorrect item, Kuvings Australia will organise and cover the cost of a return shipping label.
For other approved returns, you may be required to cover the cost of return shipping and will be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable service and insurance for any return shipping arranged by the customer.
Change of Mind Returns
Kuvings Australia does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
In some cases, we may choose to accept a return at our discretion, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
If a change-of-mind return is accepted at our discretion, the customer is responsible for return shipping and may be required to pay a service fee to cover administrative costs.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or sent in error:

Pricing, Website & Stock Errors
From time to time, a product may be listed with an incorrect price, description, promotion, discount, stock status or product information due to a genuine website, system, typographical or administrative error.
If an order is placed for a product affected by an obvious or genuine error, Kuvings Australia reserves the right to contact the customer before processing or dispatching the order.
Where this occurs, we will explain the error and give the customer the option to:
- proceed with the order at the correct price or details; or
- cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If payment has already been taken and the order is cancelled due to a genuine pricing, website or stock error, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We will always aim to correct any error as quickly as possible and handle affected orders fairly and respectfully.

Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
A manufacturing defect is an issue caused by a fault in materials, construction or production that affects the functionality of the product. This may include issues such as motor failure, cracks in structural components due to poor construction, or defects in materials that impact normal use.
What if my product breaks years after purchase?
Warranty coverage does not extend to issues caused by normal wear and tear, age, accumulated stress, overloading or use outside the product’s intended purpose. These issues are considered outside the scope of manufacturing defects.
What if I am unsure whether my issue is covered?
Our team will assess every claim carefully. If the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a resolution under warranty. If the issue is not covered, we may offer repair or replacement options at a reasonable cost.
