    NSF-certified cold press juicing for professional food service

    The Kuvings CS700 Commercial Cold Press Juicer is designed for hotels, global chains, cafés, juice bars and high-demand hospitality environments requiring dependable commercial performance.

    Its 88 mm commercial flip-gate chute accommodates many fruits and vegetables in larger pieces, helping reduce preparation while providing a physical safety barrier above the juicing mechanism.

    The CS700 combines a 200 W commercial brushless motor, stainless-steel gearbox and gentle 50 RPM cold press system with an upgraded stainless-steel juicing bowl. The simplified cogless bowl and strainer design removes the traditional rotating wiper assembly, reducing the number of moving components in the top set.

    Globally NSF-certified for commercial food-service use, the CS700 is well suited to businesses preparing made-to-order juice, wellness shots and bottled cold press juice throughout the trading day.

    NSF certified juicerNSF certification

    NSF certification helps businesses identify food-service equipment that has been assessed against recognised public-health and safety standards.

    For hotels, chains and commercial food-service operators, NSF certification may help support internal procurement requirements, operating standards and equipment approval processes.

    The CS700 is the stronger choice over the CS600 when global NSF certification is a specific requirement for the venue or organisation.

    What’s in the box

    Simplified stainless-steel top set

    • The commercial juicing bowl is made from stainless steel and does not use the traditional bowl cog.
    • The juice strainer operates without a rotational wiper assembly.

    • Smoothies, sauces and purées: Using the optional smoothie strainer.

    wide feeding chute

    88 mm commercial feeding chute

    The CS700 features an 88 mm flip-gate feeding chute designed to make commercial ingredient preparation and feeding more efficient.

    The flip-gate acts as a physical safety barrier while allowing many ingredients to be added in larger pieces.

    For safe and consistent use:

    • Cut produce so it passes comfortably through the chute without being forced.
    • Divide large, hard or irregularly shaped ingredients.
    • Remove stones, hard seeds and thick inedible skins.
    • Cut celery and other long, fibrous produce into suitable lengths.
    • Feed ingredients gradually rather than overloading the chute.
    • Use only the supplied food pusher.
    • Allow each ingredient to begin processing before adding more.

    Designed for on-demand juice service

    The manual-feed design gives staff control over every recipe.

    It is ideal for:

    • preparing customised customer orders;
    • controlling individual serving sizes;
    • alternating fibrous and high-water ingredients;
    • adding delicate leafy greens gradually;
    • preparing concentrated wellness shots; and
    • moving quickly between different menu recipes.

    On-demand juicing

    Prepare fresh juice to order with full control over ingredient sequence, serving size and recipe customisation. The CS700’s wide manual-feed chute makes it easy for staff to create single serves, wellness shots and personalised blends during service.

    Up to 24 hours of continuous operation

    The CS700 is designed to support extended commercial service and may operate continuously for up to 24 hours.

    For correct operation:

    • Do not exceed 24 hours of continuous use.
    • After 24 hours, allow the motor to cool for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
    • Clean or change the drum set no later than every 20 minutes of use or after juicing approximately 2 kg of produce.
    • Do not run the juicer with an empty bowl.
    • Inspect the top set regularly throughout service.

    Tested commercial output

    The CS700 has achieved a tested output of up to 40 litres per hour when juicing apples.

    Actual output will vary according to:

    • apple variety, size and ripeness;
    • ingredient preparation;
    • operator experience;
    • feeding speed;
    • cleaning and top-set changeovers;
    • juice recipe; and
    • service workflow.

    On Demand Juicing

    Prepare fresh juice to order with full control over ingredient sequence, serving size and recipe customisation. The CS700’s wide manual-feed chute makes it easy for staff to create single serves, wellness shots and personalised blends quickly during service.

    Spare Top Set

    An optional second CS700 top set can help businesses reduce downtime during service.

    A complete spare top set allows staff to:

    • change to a clean juicing assembly while the first is being washed;
    • maintain regular 20-minute cleaning or changeover intervals;
    • separate selected recipes where operationally appropriate;
    • keep an emergency replacement assembly available;
    • reduce disruption caused by damaged or misplaced components; and
    • improve workflow during busy service.

    Note: The spare top set is optional and is not included with the standard CS700.

    Bottled-juice service

    The CS700 can be used to prepare fresh juice for immediate bottling and refrigerated sale.

    Businesses should:

    • begin with fresh, properly handled produce;
    • wash and prepare ingredients according to food-safety procedures;
    • use clean and sanitised juicing equipment;
    • bottle juice promptly;
    • use food-safe bottles and closures;
    • refrigerate immediately at the required temperature;
    • comply with local food-safety regulations; and
    • establish and validate a safe shelf life for each recipe.

    Natural juice settling

    Fresh cold press juice contains naturally suspended fruit and vegetable particles. Some settling or separation may occur during storage, particularly in mixed or higher-fibre recipes.

    This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the juice. Bottled juice may need to be gently shaken before serving.

    Cleaning and care

    • Clean or change the drum set no later than every 20 minutes or after approximately 2 kg of ingredients.
    • Rinse the juicing components promptly before pulp has time to dry.
    • Fully clean and sanitise the machine between service periods as required by your food-safety procedures.
    • Use the rotating cleaning tool under running water to clean the fine strainer.
    • Use the supplied brush around the mesh, juice outlet, pulp outlet and narrow areas.
    • Remove fibrous pulp promptly after celery, wheatgrass and green-juice recipes.
    • For leafy and fibrous ingredients, process no more than approximately 500 g before cleaning the top set.
    • Hand wash removable components with warm water and a suitable mild detergent.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and sharp utensils.
    • Wipe the motor base with a soft, damp cloth only.
    • Never immerse the motor base or rinse it under running water.
    • Allow all components to dry fully before reassembly or storage.
    • Inspect strainers, silicone seals, Smart Caps, wipers, bowls and jugs regularly for wear.
    • Replace damaged, cracked or excessively worn components before further use.
    • Keep a spare top set or critical replacement parts available where downtime may affect service.

    FAQs

    Who is the CS700 best for?
    The CS700 is best for hotels, hospitality chains, cafés, juice bars, restaurants, wellness centres and businesses wanting an NSF-certified commercial cold press juicer.

    What makes the CS700 different from the CS600?
    The CS700 is globally NSF-certified and uses a stainless-steel cogless juicing bowl with a commercial strainer that does not require a rotating wiper assembly. The two models otherwise share several core commercial specifications.

    What does NSF-certified mean?
    NSF certification indicates that the product has been assessed against recognised standards for public-health protection and commercial food-service equipment. This may be important for hotels, chains and organisations with formal equipment-procurement requirements.

    How wide is the feeding chute?
    The CS700 has an 88 mm commercial flip-gate chute, allowing many ingredients to be added in larger pieces with less preparation.

    Can it juice whole fruit?
    Some smaller produce may fit through the chute, but suitability depends on size, hardness and shape. Ingredients should pass comfortably without being forced, and large stones, hard seeds and thick skins should be removed where required.

    Is the CS700 hands-free?
    No. It is manually fed, giving staff control over ingredient order, quantity and feeding speed.

    Why does the CS700 use a stainless-steel bowl?
    The stainless-steel juicing bowl adds strength to the commercial top set and is designed for regular professional use.

    What does cogless bowl mean?
    The newer CS700 bowl does not use the traditional drive cog found on some earlier juicing-bowl designs. It forms part of the model’s simplified commercial top-set configuration.

    Does the CS700 use rotating wipers?
    No. The current model’s commercial juice strainer is designed without a rotating wiper assembly.

    Can the CS700 operate throughout a full trading day?
    The CS700 is rated for up to 24 hours of continuous motor operation. The juicing top set must still be cleaned or changed regularly throughout service.

    How much juice can it produce?
    The current published output is up to 40 litres per hour. Actual production depends on produce, ingredient preparation, operator workflow and cleaning intervals.

    Is it suitable for on-demand juice?
    Yes. The manual-feed design gives staff control over customised drinks, serving sizes, ingredient sequence and wellness-shot recipes.

    Can the CS700 make bottled juice?
    Yes. Juice can be prepared for prompt bottling and refrigerated sale when the business follows appropriate hygiene, bottling, refrigeration and food-safety procedures.

    How long will bottled juice last?
    There is no universal shelf life. Each business must establish and validate safe storage periods based on the recipe, processing, hygiene, packaging and refrigeration.

    Does cold press juice separate?
    Some natural settling can occur because freshly pressed juice contains suspended plant material. Gently shake bottled juice before serving where appropriate.

    Can the CS700 juice celery and leafy greens?
    Yes. It can process celery, kale, spinach, herbs, wheatgrass and other greens. Cut fibrous produce into manageable lengths and feed it gradually.

    Can it make nut milk?
    Yes. Appropriately soaked nuts and water can be processed to make fresh plant-based milks. Follow the relevant recipe and operating instructions.

    Can it make smoothies?
    Yes, with the compatible optional smoothie strainer.

    Is a smoothie strainer included?
    No. It is currently offered as an optional add-on unless specifically included in a promotional bundle.

    Is the CS700 easy to clean?
    The simplified top set has fewer moving components than conventional rotating-wiper designs. Regular rinsing, cleaning and sanitising are still required throughout commercial service.

    Can I rinse it with water between recipes?
    A quick rinse can help reduce residue between similar recipes, but it does not replace full cleaning and sanitising.

    What is the Smart Cap used for?
    The Smart Cap helps reduce drips, briefly mix juice in the bowl and support a quick water pre-rinse before disassembly.

    Does it have a safety-lock system?
    Yes. The motor operates only when the main body and juicing components are correctly connected.

    Is the CS700 quiet?
    Its low-speed brushless motor is designed for lower-friction commercial operation. Normal noise from processing firm and fibrous ingredients will still occur.

    Are replacement parts available?
    Yes. Kuvings Australia has a dedicated CS700 parts category for compatible commercial replacement components.

    What warranty does it include?
    A five-year commercial motor warranty and 12 months on parts. Warranty conditions and exclusions apply.

    Can I see the CS700 before buying?
    Yes. Kuvings Australia offers commercial product demonstrations and can arrange an online or in-person appointment.
