    Hands-free commercial juicing for busy service

    The Kuvings CS800 Commercial Cold Press Auto Juicer is designed for businesses that want to prepare larger juice recipes while reducing the amount of time staff spend manually feeding ingredients.

    Its 3-litre main hopper can be used on its own for everyday commercial batches, while the removable 1.3-litre extension hopper increases the total capacity to 4.3 litres when more volume is required.

    Once prepared produce is loaded, the automatic cutting and feeding system gradually guides ingredients into the juicing chamber, allowing staff to continue with nearby preparation and service tasks.

    • House juice recipes: Consistent recipes prepared in batches for cafés and restaurants.

    Adjustable 3-litre or 4.3-litre hopper capacity

    The CS800 gives commercial operators flexibility through its two-part hopper design.

    • 3-litre main hopper: Suitable for standard juice recipes and smaller commercial batches.
    • 1.3-litre extension hopper: Attaches to the main hopper when additional capacity is required.
    • 4.3-litre total capacity: Helps reduce reloading during larger batch-preparation sessions.

    This allows businesses to use only the capacity they need rather than operating with the full extension in place for every recipe.

    The hopper still requires produce to be washed and prepared correctly. Very large, hard, curved, seeded or thick-skinned ingredients may need to be cut, peeled or deseeded before loading.

    Commercial-Grade Motor – Built for Continuous Use

    Powered by a 200W high-efficiency motor, the CS800 is designed for 24-hour operation with low power consumption.

    • Engineered and manufactured in Korea
    • Low noise (40–50 dB) for better customer environments
    • Reliable, durable, and built for daily use
    • Energy-efficient performance

    Add ingredients while juicing

    Suitable additional ingredients can be added through the opening at the top of the hopper while the CS800 is operating.

    This can be useful when:

    • topping up a larger batch;
    • adding delicate greens later in a recipe;
    • adjusting flavour or colour;
    • preparing consecutive batches; or
    • maintaining production during busy service.

    Designed for batch and bottled-juice preparation

    The CS800’s hands-free hopper is especially useful for businesses preparing repeat recipes or larger batches.

    It can help with:

    • café house juices;
    • breakfast and wellness blends;
    • bottled grab-and-go juice;
    • juice cleanses and pre-order packs;
    • catering preparation;
    • hotel breakfast service; and
    • restaurant mise en place.

    Superior Juice Quality – Cold Press Technology

    Using low-speed cold press extraction (40–60 RPM), the CS800 delivers:

    • Higher nutrient retention
    • Better flavour and colour
    • Minimal oxidation
    • Reduced separation
    • Smooth, pulp-free juice

    Compared to centrifugal juicers, the difference is clear — cleaner, brighter, better-tasting juice your customers will notice.

    Designed for commercial durability and hygiene, the CS800 uses a high-grade stainless steel blade:

    • Exceptional corrosion resistance
    • Safe for food contact (FDA compliant materials)
    • Built for repetitive, high-volume use
    • Long-lasting performance

    Cleaning and care

    • Empty remaining produce from the hopper after each batch.
    • Rinse removable components promptly before juice and pulp dry.
    • Fully disassemble and clean the hopper, bowl, strainer and juicing components.
    • Use the supplied dual-action brush to clean the strainer.

    FAQs

    Who is the CS800 best for?
    The CS800 is best for cafés, juice bars, hotels, restaurants, wellness venues and commercial kitchens wanting hands-free batch juicing with less staff time spent feeding ingredients.

    What makes the CS800 different from the CS600 and CS700?
    The CS800 uses a 4.3-litre auto hopper that automatically cuts and feeds prepared ingredients. The CS600 and CS700 are manually fed through 88 mm flip-gate chutes.

    How large is the hopper?
    The CS800 has a 4.3-litre auto hopper, allowing a complete prepared juice recipe or larger batch to be loaded before juicing begins.

    Is the CS800 completely hands-free?
    It automatically cuts and feeds ingredients from the hopper, significantly reducing manual feeding. Staff still need to prepare and load produce, monitor operation and clean the machine regularly.

    Can I add ingredients while it is juicing?
    Yes. Suitable additional ingredients can be added through the top inlet while the CS800 is operating. Follow the user instructions and never place hands or kitchen utensils into the hopper.

    Do ingredients need to be cut first?
    The auto-cutting system reduces preparation, but it does not remove it entirely. Oversized, very hard, curved, seeded or thick-skinned produce may still need to be cut, peeled or deseeded.

    Can it juice whole apples?
    Some apples may be suitable for loading whole, depending on their size and condition. Larger apples should be divided so they move freely through the hopper and cutting system.

    Can it juice celery and leafy greens?
    Yes. The CS800 can process celery, kale, spinach, herbs and other greens. Long or highly fibrous produce should be prepared according to the operating instructions to support consistent feeding and reduce fibre build-up.

    Can it make wellness shots?
    Yes. It can prepare recipes using ginger, turmeric, lemon and other concentrated ingredients. Very small quantities may be better combined with additional produce to move efficiently through the larger commercial system.

    Can it make nut milk?
    Appropriately soaked nuts and water may be used to prepare fresh plant-based milk. Follow the recommended recipe and never process dry nuts or grains.

    Is the CS800 suitable for made-to-order juice?
    Yes, although it is particularly strong for repeat recipes and batch production. Businesses making highly customised single orders may prefer the direct feeding control of the CS600 or CS700.

    Is it suitable for bottled juice?
    Yes. Its large hopper and automatic operation make it well suited to preparing repeat batches for prompt bottling and refrigeration.

    How long does bottled juice last?
    There is no universal safe shelf life. Each business must establish suitable storage periods based on its ingredients, preparation, hygiene, packaging and refrigeration procedures.

    Does cold press juice separate?
    Some natural settling or layering may occur because fresh juice contains suspended fruit and vegetable particles. This is normal.

    Is the juice completely pulp-free?
    The fine strainer produces smooth juice with efficient pulp separation, but a small amount of fine pulp may remain depending on the ingredients and operating conditions.

    How long can the CS800 run continuously?
    The current product information states that its commercial motor is designed for up to 24 hours of operation. The hopper and juicing components still need regular cleaning and inspection throughout service.

    How much juice can the CS800 produce per hour?
    Production depends on the produce, recipe, ingredient preparation, hopper loading, operator workflow and cleaning intervals. A model-specific tested litres-per-hour figure is not currently provided in the published technical information.

    What is the cutting blade made from?
    The CS800 uses an STS316L stainless-steel blunt cutting blade within the automatic feeding system.

    Is the CS800 quiet?
    It uses a low-speed commercial motor designed to reduce excessive operating noise. Normal sound from cutting and pressing firm produce will still occur.

    Is it easy to clean?
    The strainer and supplied brushes are designed to make routine cleaning more straightforward. Commercial users must still fully disassemble, wash and sanitise the removable components according to their food-safety procedures.

    Can I simply rinse it between recipes?
    A quick rinse may help remove some residue between similar recipes, but it does not replace complete cleaning and sanitising.

    Does it have a safety system?
    Yes. The CS800 includes built-in safety features that require the main components and hopper to be correctly secured for operation.

    Are smoothie and sorbet strainers available?
    Only list these as compatible if confirmed specifically for the CS800. The domestic Kuvings attachments should not be assumed to fit this commercial model.

    Are replacement parts available?
    Yes. They can be found here.

    What warranty does the CS800 include?
    The CS800 includes a five-year commercial warranty on the motor and 12 months on parts. Warranty terms and exclusions apply.

    Where is the CS800 manufactured?
    It is engineered and manufactured in Korea.

    Can I see the CS800 before purchasing?
    Yes. Kuvings Australia offers commercial product demonstrations and can help assess whether the CS800 suits your menu and workflow.
