How it works:
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you purchase your Digital Gift Card:
Step 1: AMOUNT – click on the arrow and choose from the pre-set amounts you wish to gift – it can be from $10 up to $1000.
Step 2: OCCASION – click on the arrow and select the occasion (Birthday, Engagement, New Home etc..) or choose ‘generic’ if your occasion isn’t listed.
Step 3: TO – Type the email of the person you are sending the digital gift card to.
Step 4: FROM – Type who the digital gift card is from.
Step 5: MESSAGE – Type your heartfelt message.
Step 6: DELIVERY DATE – Choose a future delivery date from the calendar, or leave it as ‘now’ default.
Step 7: ADD TO CART – Once all fields have been completed, add your Digital Gift Card to your Cart
Step 8. CHECKOUT – Place Order. Once you have paid for your order, the recipient will receive your Digital Gift Card in their mailbox on the date you specified.

How to redeem a Digital Gift Card
You have two ways to redeem your Digital Gift Card.
Option 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- Click ‘Add to your Account’ button which will take you to the Kuvings Page to set up an account so your Digital Gift Card is stored securely.
- Simply enter your email address/password to create an account and your Digital Gift Card balance will be managed via the website
Option 2: USE THE CODE
- Head to www.kuvings.com.au (or click on Kuvings Online Shop link) and shop for your gift.
- Use the ‘code’ provided on your Digital Gift Card (example: LPFH-Z6WC-VHWA-J56L) when you checkout and your cart will be reduced by the amount available.

- When will a gift card expire? Digital Gift Cards have a 12 month expiry date from purchase.
- Can I add more value to a Digital Gift Card? Once a Digital Gift Card has been purchased, the value of it cannot be increased.
- Do I have to activate my Digital Gift Card? No, all you need to do is use the ‘code’ when you checkout and the balance will be reduced by the available balance on your gift card.
- How do I check my Digital Gift Card balance? If you have set up an account on our website, the balance will show when you login. Or, you can send an email to info@kuvings.net.au
- Can I return or refund a Digital Gift Card? No, Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Please read the Digital Gift Cards Terms of Use.
- Can I return items that have been made with a Digital Gift Card? Our normal store policies apply. Just speak to our Customer Support Team.
- What should I do if my Digital Gift Card is stolen? Your Digital Gift Card is just like cash, you are responsible for keeping it safe and for the use of it.
