Not without suitable testing and pre-treatment. Bore and well water may contain sediment, microorganisms, minerals or other substances that can shorten filter life or overload the system.

Can I add lemon, cordial or flavouring to the rear tank?

No. Only clean mains tap water should be placed into the rear tank. Add flavouring to the glass or serving jug after the water has been dispensed.

How fast does it produce purified water?

    Approx. 0.26L per minute.

Does the CA3001 store water internally?

Yes. In addition to the 5.5-litre rear tank and 1.8-litre jug, the published product information lists a one-litre internal cold-water storage tank.

What should I do if the unit will not be used for a long time?

Empty and clean all accessible tanks and the jug, follow the storage instructions in the manual and replace or recommission filters as directed before using the unit again. Do not drink water that has remained stagnant in the system for an extended period.

Is the CA3001 suitable for an office?

Yes. It can suit small offices and workspaces that want filtered hot and cold water without plumbing. Usage volume and filter replacement frequency should be considered.

Is it suitable for commercial food service?
