This is a new cooking technique that entails cooking at vacuum state at a temperature that is lower than that of the traditional cooking temperature (100℃). It requires a cooking process which entails placing in the vacuum packaged food ingredients in the constant-temperature water bath that maintains the accurate temperature.
It is possible to create differentiated new taste and mouth feel, impossible to create with traditional cooking method, through this process!

HOW TO USE MACHINE?

1. Use machine to set up the pot (water bath)’s water temperature
2. Food seasoning and vacuum packaging using vacuum packaging machine
3. Input the vacuum packaging bag into the pot (water bath) when the temperature reaches the set temperature
4. Set up cooking time
