Papaya – the ninja fruit
Papaya is one of those fruits that many people underestimate. It’s not a common fruit that people pick up when they are shopping and so for most of us, we don’t really know much about it. That’s why I’ve called it ‘The Ninja’ fruit, it just goes about its business without most of us really know how powerful a healer it is!

Not only that, it helps support your digestive system, lowers blood pressure and improves wound healing. And, what’s more it is also a very good stabilizer of blood sugar.
Often people get confused between Paw Paw and Papaya , so how do you tell the difference? Well, for starters they look different on the outside and the flesh on the inside is a different colour. Paw Paw has a yellow flesh and Papaya is orange/red flesh. If the fruit is more yellow, you know it’s definitely Paw Paw.
- 1 cup Organic Coconut Water
- 1 cup Papaya (skin removed)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (outer shell removed)
- 1/2 cup Orange (skin and seeds removed)
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Blended with Kuvings SV500 Vacuum Blender
Step 1: Gather your ingredients and place them into the blender as follows:
- Pour in your coconut water
- Add your fruits
- Add your spinach
- Add honey to finish
Step 2: Blend all together in your Kuvings Vacuum Blender
