Creamy & Light. The second smoothie in our Rainbow Series is ‘Optimistic Orange’. It could very easily double as a mousse for dessert, it is light, soft and very creamy. Just 4 ingredients, it’s a very easy one to make and it is filled with healthy goodness.

Papaya – a hidden gem

Soothing and cleansing for the digestive tract. Papaya removes toxic debris within the body and can help you rebuild after illness. This is a great food to have on hand if you’ve been side-lined with injury or illness as it helps to provide essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to soothe your inner being.

Mango – just delicious

Not only do they taste great, they are super great for you. Mangos help alkalize the body by flushing out toxins and feeding the good bacteria in your gut. Combined with Papaya in this smoothie, it will serve to bring healthy support to your digestive system.

Orange – juice it up!

An all round great food. Most people know that oranges are a great support for colds and flu due to being packed with Vitamin C. But, you may not know that Oranges act as an internal ‘antiseptic’ and can purify and cleanse toxins from the body.

Tip: Orange Essential Oil is a great cleaner: If you love to juice Turmeric, you will know how sticky Turmeric is to clean off of your juicer ([email protected]!) Well, just run a couple of slices of orange peel through your juicer after you have finished juicing and you will be amazed at how squeaky clean it becomes!

Orange Essential Oil is super handy to have as part of your cleaning toolkit!
