Kale is one of the healthiest vegetables around. It can be mixed with other fruits and vegetables to maximize the flavour.

1. Clean organic kale with water. Non-organic kale can be cleaned with lemon, vinegar, or baking soda.
2. Soak Kale in cold water for five to ten minutes to refresh. Cut the stalk at the bottom if to hard for best results.
3. Slowly feed the Kale stalk into the feeding tube of the juicer.

Kale is full of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin P, Calcium, iron, and many other minerals. The vitamin A helps children with growth and development. Vitamin B decreases fatigue and improves the appetite. Vitamin C in kale helps skin to be more smooth and soft. Fibres in kale cleans the wastage in intestines and strengthen the liver health.
