Our homemade hummus recipe is quick and easy using the Kuvings Vacuum Blender. Is inexpensive and tastes amazing. The 6 blades and high speed power of the Kuivngs vacuum blender makes a creamy smooth hummus dip every time.

These are all the ingredients you need for an easy and quick homemade hummus!


  • A can of rinsed chickpeas (reserve 1 tbsp of liquid)
  • 1/2 cup of tahini
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of smoked paprika (garnish)


Add all the ingredients to the blender including the reserved chickpea liquid an hit the automatic blending button.

This tasty homemade hummus recipe makes a great afternoon snack!!!

This juice tonic is my cold-pressed version of a traditional Indonesian anti-inflammatory drink called Jamu. It can be served slightly warmed on the stove during the winter months or chilled from the fridge.

It is a natural anti-inflammatory tonic with many health benefits from reducing inflammation, aiding digestion and enhancing immunity.

Drink 125ml (1/2 cup) in between meals or first up in the morning.

It has a strong flavour that is sweet and spicey. You can add more coconut water if the flavour is too strong for you.

The recipe will last a week in the fridge in an airtight container. Shake before serving.

1/2 cup fresh turmeric
1/4 cup fresh ginger
1 lime
2 cups coconut water
1 tbsp maple syrup

Juicing Time: 2 mins
Juice Qty: 500 ml
Serves: 4

Weekly Cold Press Juice Recipe! πŸ’š

Winter is the perfect time to add a bit of spice to a juice recipe. Here I have added some warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, simmered over low heat to infuse the flavours.

Drinking this juice recipe warm feels very nurturing and comforting. The texture is creamy and smooth and the taste is sweet with a little peppery bitterness from the spices.


- 5 oranges, peeled
- 1 pumpkin wedge
- 1 ginger piece (5cm)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- pinch star anise
- pinch cloves
- pinch black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
