This is a really simple juice to help with weight loss. It’s filled with water-filled ingredients and is truly satisfying.

  • 2 apples green
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 lime
  • 2cm ginger


  1. Use the Juice Strainer for this recipe.
  2. Add you apples, cucumber, celery, kale, lime and ginger
  3. Serve chilled or store in the fridge for use throughout the day.
