A cold pressed smoothie made in your Kuvings Juicer (with the smoothie strainer fitted). It’s a great meal replacement or something to have after a workout. And, because it is cold pressed, you can store it in the fridge to enjoy later.

Who doesn’t love a Green Smoothie?  – it’s just health in a glass!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Method:

  1. Swap out the juice strainer and wiper blades for the Smoothie Strainer accessory.
  2. Keep the smart cap closed until all ingredients have been added.
  3. Add some of the coconut milk and water first, then a handful of spinach, followed by the banana, some walnuts and a bit more of the liquid, then the last bit of spinach and walnuts and finally the last bit of liquid.
  4. Let it blend, this is a cold pressed smoothie, so it will take a little while to press the ingredients, but with no air in the mix, you will taste the difference!
