It is so easy to ‘get your greens’ in with this Green Berry Smoothie. Just 4 ingredients. Swap out the frozen mixed berries with mango, dragon fruit, wild blueberries or any single frozen berry and you have a simple, easy smoothie to make every day.


Ingredients (makes about 500ml)

  • 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Water
  • Handful of Baby Spinach
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries

Tip: You can use a frozen or fresh banana and you can swap out the 1 cup of frozen mixed berries with any other fruit!

Step 1: Gather your ingredients and place them into the blender as follows:

  • Pour in your Coconut Water
  • Add your Spinach
  • Add your Banana
  • Add your Frozen Berries

Step 2: Blend all together in your Kuvings Vacuum Blender

  • Place the lid on the jug and the noise-reduction cover on
  • Touch ‘power on’ button
  • Select vacuum blend option
  • Let the Blender do its thing.
