Blueberry & Mint Nice Cream

Ingredients:

• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 frozen banana
• 3-4 mint leaves chopped

Chocolate Pecan Nut Mylk

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pecans (soaked)
• 250ml filtered water
• 2 tbsp cacao
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• pinch salt

Method:

1. Make the chocolate syrup by whisking the cacao, maple syrup and salt together
2. Pour over the nuts and mix to coat
3. Add spoonful’s at a time to the juicer, alternating with water until all of the nuts and water has been added.

Green Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 2 cups baby spinach
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1/2 cup filtered water

Pear Necessities Juice

Ingredients:

• handful mint leaves
• 2 pears
• 1 parsnip
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1/2 lime
• 1 golden delicious apple
