The sweetness of the apples offsets the more challenging taste of the greens to produce this wonderful detoxifying juice.

  1. Wash ingredients well
  2. Remove stem and seeds from green capsicum
  3. Slice lemon with the skin, slice ginger, cut cucumber long ways once or put it through whole the whole slow juicer
  4. Feed the apple, cucumber, green capsicums, lemon and ginger into the juicer.
  5. Juice in the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer alternating between cucumber, green capsicum, apple, lemon, ginger

Tip – You can try celery, chicory, or bok choy instead of kale and also you can juice radish or beetroot instead of cucumber.
