Our Delivery Explained

Home Deliveries: We offer Standard and Express Post Parcels via Australia Post. If you prefer alternative shipping options, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Costs: For orders under $50.00, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your postcode. Many of our products come with free shipping. If you need it faster, Express Post Shipping is available for an additional cost.
Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive notification in the AusPost App to tell you where your order can be picked up from.
Be Proactive: Please be proactive in tracking your parcel if it hasn’t been received within 5 days. Australia Post will hold your parcel at the local Post Office for a period of 10 days before initiating a return to the sender.
Additional Charges: Please be aware that additional charges may apply if you fail to retrieve your parcel during the 10-day deadline.
Signature Required: For your security, a contact name and signature may be required upon delivery for all orders.

If you are wondering where your parcel is, please check the “order email” for your specific TRACKING NO. All you need to do is visit the Australia Post (or Star Track) website and put this number in to locate your parcel.
Every parcel has a unique tracking number to give you peace of mind and keep track of where your parcel is at any stage along the journey.
