Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (reserve 1 tbsp aquafaba), washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon of aquafaba (liquid from chickpea can)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne chilli powder* (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons water* (as needed for desired consistency)

Tip: Store your can of chickpeas in the fridge so that when you make it up, it is cold and ready to eat!
