Oil-free Chilli Hummus in your Kuvings Cold Press Juicer! What’s not to love about this. It’s a can of chickpeas with a few spices, so easy to make and sure, if you want to add a bit of extra virgin olive oil at the end to make it super creamy, you can!

A great plant-based, healthy dip for you to enjoy.

Ingredients (serves 2-4)

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba (water from the chickpea can)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • pinch cayenne pepper and smoked paprika


  1. Swap out the juice strainer and wiper blades for the Sorbet Strainer (blank strainer) accessory.
  2. Keep the smart cap open for this one.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Add spoonful’s at a time to your juicer, serve with crackers or vegetable cut-ups.

You can add a dash of extra virgin olive oil at the end if you prefer a creamier version.
