Dragon’s Breath Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen pink dragon fruit
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 orange juiced and frozen into ice cubes

Sorbet Strainer

This recipe is made using the C7000 sorbet strainer (optional accessory).

Red Macadamia Nut Mylk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup macadamia (soaked overnight)
  • 250ml filtered water
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 spring onion

Method:

  1. Soak the macadamia’s overnight and discard the soaking water.
  2. With the cap closed, add a handful of nuts and some water to the juicer until all of the nuts and water have been added.
  3. Release the mylk, close the cap and then add your capsicum, cherry tomatoes and spring onion.
  4. Release the red juice into your nut mylk and pour into a glass to enjoy. It will store in a glass bottle for 2-3 days in the fridge.

Juice Strainer

This recipe is made using the C7000 juice strainer. It is the standard strainer that comes with the juicer.

 

Tropical Delight Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 passion fruits (pulp only)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 lime (juice only)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp aquafaba (water from the chickpea can)
  • 1 medium steamed beetroot
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Bright Eyes Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 2 large kale leaves
  • 4 carrots
