  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 green apple, cored & chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 medjool dates


  1. Ensure the banana is frozen well ahead of time to provide the best consistency for your smoothie. We recommend the day before, with skin off.
  2. Core the apple and chop into around 1cm pieces. Prepare all other ingredients.
  3. Place wet ingredients into the blender first, then top with all dry ingredients.
  4. Place the lid and noise reducing cover on our SV400 Vacuum Blender, then set the blend mode to ‘auto’.
  5. Once blended to a smooth consistency, pour smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh apple, cinnamon and dates.
